Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Cancellation
Users may cancel appointments before the scheduled consultation time through the Platform, subject to the cancellation rules applicable to the selected healthcare provider.
2. Consultation Charges
Consultation fees paid for completed online consultations are generally non-refundable.
3. Doctor Unavailability
If a consultation is cancelled due to the doctor’s unavailability, users may:
- Reschedule the appointment; or
- Receive a refund, where applicable.
4. Home Diagnostic Tests
Home sample collection appointments may be cancelled before the assigned collection time.
If the sample has already been collected or laboratory processing has begun, cancellation or refund may not be available.
5. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the amount will be processed for refund after verification, in accordance with the payment gateway and banking timelines.
6. Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate payment identified after verification will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 business days. The actual credit timeline depends on the user’s bank or payment service provider.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for:
- Completed consultations
- Services already delivered
- Incorrect information provided by the user
- Misuse of promotional offers
- Violations of the Terms & Conditions
